Troje VOF, trading under the names Hellas Food and Eleo, is committed to providing a seamless and reliable shipping experience for our customers. This policy outlines the shipping procedures and guidelines that we follow to ensure your orders are delivered efficiently.

Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer various shipping options to cater to your needs:

  2. Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days.
  3. Free Shipping: Available for orders over €100.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Troje VOF is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Troje VOF is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the countries listed above. For special requests, please contact us directly at info@hellasfood.nl.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
